[Mobile Games] The iPhone 15 Pro will break the wall between phones and video game devices

Today, Apple unveiled the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro, the next generation of iOS smartphone devices.

During this announcement, the technical aspect was touched upon, especially in the Pro version, which is based on the advanced A17 Pro processing unit.

Apple usually relies on basic processing units without using the term Pro, but this time it wanted to express the big leap that the advanced iPhone 15 Pro devices will offer, especially with regard to graphics processing and playing video games.

 

 

 

There are usually special versions of major video games designated for smart phone devices, and they are not technically and visually identical to the large professional versions released on home platforms and personal computers. But it seems that Apple wants to break this wall with the new iPhone 15 Pro devices.

Today, during Apple's conference dedicated to unveiling the new generation of Apple's distinctive phones, it was announced that top-tier AAA games will be coming to the iPhone 15 Pro devices, which were as follows:

AAA games are coming to iPhone 15 Pro devices
Assassins Creed: Mirage
Death Stranding
Resident Evil 4 remake
Resident Evil: Village
The Division Resurgence
These games will be released early next year, 2024, and as we mentioned, they will be identical to the original versions that were released on home devices and not copies intended for smart phones, as is usual.

Apple described the new phone as follows:

iPhone 15 Pro gets a major performance upgrade from the A17 Pro chip, and with the new hexa-core GPU and faster Neural Engine, it becomes a ridiculously powerful mobile gaming machine, enabling high-quality graphics and rich, immersive game worlds never seen before on smart phone."

Also, to give the experience a full taste, Apple announced the full compatibility of the DualSense controller for the PlayStation 5 with iPhone 15 Pro devices. We do not know whether the unit will support its innovative features such as sensory and tactile effects, but it would be better if this actually happened.

All new iPhone models will be available for pre-order starting next Friday, September 15. While it will be released in global markets the following Friday, September 22.

The iPhone 15 will be available at $799, the iPhone 15 Pro at $999, and the 15 Pro Max at $1.
