PP JuKuzai
A few years ago Riot Games announced its plans to expand League of Legends by publishing games that explore its universe in different genres. From here came Ruined King from Airship Syndicate, Hextech Mayhem from Choice Provisions, Convergence from Double Stallion and The Mageseeker from Digital Sun. Now we get Song of Nunu from Tequila Works and soon Bandle Tale from Lazy Bear Games. Titles of varied quality, with more or less success, but all pieces of what Riot has called A League of Legends Story. That Tequila offered the idea of Nunu and Willump instead of more popular champions should not surprise us considering the legacy of the Spanish studio that created Rime and Gylt, among other titles. For those who do not know the world of LoL, we can summarize that Nunu - a young man from the Notai tribe - and Willump - the last yeti of Runeterra - wander through the harsh Freljord and its freezing cold. So a dynamic similar to other Tequila Works adventures is achieved: children with protagonists, a story that transmits emotion and a host of mechanics that, despite being known, stop working.
