[PC Games] Valve praises Nintendo's work with Switch and Switch OLED

Valve announced last week the arrival of Steam Deck OLED, a new model of its portable console with improvements in the screen or autonomy that immediately reminded many of us of the Switch OLED, the revision that Nintendo made of its hybrid console.

 

 

Specifically, Greg Coomer, one of the Steam Deck designers, has given an interview to The Washington Post in which he talks not only about his console, but also about the Nintendo Switch and its OLED model, praising the platform. Big N game and about how they have shown people the quality and fidelity that an OLED panel can give to a laptop.

"Without a doubt the Nintendo Switch OLED has shown people that the fidelity of an OLED screen is generally superior. It is a great product from Nintendo that makes a lot of customers happy around the world," says Coomer.

 

 

Along with this news, today we also learned that the Steam Deck has already sold "several million" units around the world, millions that are far from the 132.46 million units of the Nintendo Switch that they praise, but that are a resounding success for the company run by Gabe Newell.
