[Rules] Applying For GFX Designers

Rules:

First thing you want to know is that, the GFX Team will analize 3 terms about you: Activity within Design area, Photoshop experience & English skills.
Simple rules you need to follow:
Begging for a rank either on Forum or TS3 isn't going to help you, just give you less more chances.
You need to have at least 2-3 hours free for activity on a daily basis. (3 hours per day is enough)
You need to have activity at every section, overall. (Mostly on Requests
To know how to work as/in a team.
To be open minded.
To not start/continue fights, try and be smarter, try and be respectful to anyone.
To already know the Adobe Photoshop basics, and to be ready to know advanced tools & things. (Topaz Labz, Actions, Vectors, Hard effects etc)
Occasionally, to help the project with publicity with it's events, news & updates. (Post a status, tell people about it)
To know and apply each rules at every section if needed.
Before you apply as a GFX, you need to know a few things:
The title should look like this: "Apply for GFX Designer <your name>"
The GFX Coordinator/Leader/Co-Leader will answer and tell you if you're accepted or not, but the Designers are allowed to ask you questions.
When you will apply, the GFX Team will analyze 3 things: Activity within Design section, Photoshop Experience, English skills. After this is taken in consideration and you're accepted.
You will need to send your work to the GFX user who gave you the templates
