From the house of Snowman, the name behind popular adventure titles such as Alto’s Adventure and Odyssey is back with another ambitious project titled Laya’s Horizon, which will launch exclusively on Netflix Games for Android and iOS on May 2, 2023.

Laya’s Horizon was initially revealed in March, with the release of a teaser. The buzz surrounding the game was caused by the vivid settings displayed in the teaser, which created the impression of the ideal trip. The launch date was not specified at the time.

As seen in the trailer, there is no shortage of beautiful landscapes to explore, and the flying experience will be more intense and pleasurable with a wingsuit. Players will also get to unlock new skills by diving down mountains, weaving through trees, and gliding over rivers in a vast, calm landscape.

It won’t be far from the truth that the game draws inspiration from one of the popular adventure games available for mobile, Sky: Children of the Light from thatgamecompany. The wingsuit adventure promised by the title is what we got in the latter, but we are sure there’s much more inspiring stuff on offer.

Upon release on the 2nd of May, Laya’s Horizon will be available on both iOS and Android devices via Netfix’s gaming platform. This means that if you have a Netflix subscription, you can play the game for free.
