Healthy skin: People with acne are advised to avoid dairy as it is linked to an increase in acne breakout. “People with extreme acne should cut off dairy because whey protein in milk is pro-inflammatory, which can aggravate the problem of acne,” wrote Anshu.

Improved skin: As per the expert, cow or buffalo milk contains hormones, which sometimes react to hormones in our body, causing an increase in sebum production, which is responsible for clogging the pores.

Gut health: Cutting off milk from your diet may help with digestive issues and gut health. You might also notice less bloating and gas.

Fewer mood swings: Did you know that a glass of milk contains 60 hormones? Drinking cow or buffalo milk on a regular basis can increase the natural hormones already present in your body, causing mood changes.

Weight loss: While eliminating dairy from your diet is not the most effective weight-loss method, you will notice a significant change in your weight.
