BirSaNN
OpenAI's ChatGPT app has opened doors to a wide range of possibilities and the platform keeps on getting better with every update. However, software companies like Google do not want to be left behind and have introduced their version of the language model that works similarly. Google Bard is very similar to CharGPT in a lot of ways but still lags in some aspects. However, when asked if the language model prefers iOS or Android, Bard chose the prior and gave various reasons why. Google Bard prefers iOS over Android but, suggests various advantages over the latter Some users have found that Google's Bard prefers iOS over Android. The chatbot based on a large language model gave various reasons for its preference which include a fluid interface, integration with other Apple products, better security, and enhanced support for the software. It also gave some cons surrounding iOS, which include fewer customization options, devices are expensive, and a smaller selection of apps. Nonetheless, it does mention that "I prefer iOS." In our testing, we have found the response to be the opposite. Bard stated without any hesitation that "I prefer Android over iOS." It goes on to detail some reasons why it prefers Android over iOS which includes more customization options, more affordable devices, larger app selection, and better file management compared to iOS. While it all boils down to personal preference, we can safely assume that Google's Bard language model gives random responses based on the information present on the internet. In contrast, ChatGPT shared no interest in choosing sides. It simply stated that the answer depends on individual preferences and needs. In our opinion, language models should not be biased as they would not do justice to the information that could present. The language model should present both sides of the information and allow the individual or the user to make an informed decision. iOS offers its own set of features that are not present on Android and the same goes the other way around. We so agree that users should be given the ability to choose according to their preferences and needs. Every year Apple released a new iOS version while Google announces new Android features. Companies usually prefer that a machine-generated response caters to its owner. Google will potentially patch such responses in the future. You can try out Bard yourself and see what side it is on. link: https://wccftech.com/google-bard-chooses-ios-over-android/?dark=1 BirSaNNZombie ٭゛ ٭ ゛ ٭ ゛ ٭ ゛ ٭゛ SENIOR-OWNER - STREETZM
